BRASS DIFFERENTIAL

Brass Differential's sound is steeped in the New Orleans tradition and features a spicy gumbo of musical styles, including jazz, blues, funk, R&B, soul, and hip-hop, among others.  What sets Brass Differential apart, however, is its unique horn-centered sound, anchored in the low end by the sousaphone.  The group's live experience promises to please with blistering, abundant solos and prolific attitude. 

Debuting in 2012, Brass Differential is Green Bay's premier party horn band.  The group's live show features diverse set lists presented in a high energy style sure to please the most casual or sophisticated music fan.

Since traveling has taken me away from GRB for long spells of time, I don’t have the honor of gigging with Brass Diff these days. My last official gig w/ them was August 26, 2018 for Art Street in Downtown Green Bay. They are a fine group musicians and incredible people with whom to share the stage and a drink. If you have the opportunity to see them live, particularly at the Blue Opus, I highly suggest checking them out!
